Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Trip Dear Winner,

Congratulations on winning a trip to Malaysia through our transparent Lucky Draw system! Please carefully read the following terms and conditions applicable to your trip:

Trip Terms & Conditions:

  1. Fair Selection Process:
    • The ticket has been won through a transparent Lucky Draw system conducted by Arista Vault.
  1. Provided Travel & Expenses:
    • A round-trip flight ticket from India to Malaysia and back will be provided to the winner.
    • Available Departure Airports:
      • Amritsar
      • Delhi
      • Bombay
      • Kochi
      • Bangalore
      • Trichy
    • Flight ticket taxes will be borne by the winner.
    • Any other expenses beyond the provided vouchers (such as local transportation within Malaysia, additional meals, sightseeing, and personal expenses) shall also be borne by the winner.
    • If any other person is traveling with you, Arista Vault will not be responsible for their travel, accommodation, or any additional expenses.
    • Winners have to bear the cost of like airport transfers as well .  
  1. Content Creation & Reviews:
    • Each winner is required to:
  • Share two (2) Instagram Stories per day, featuring either the hotel, Malaysia,

or Arista Vault’s product.

  • Post two (2) Reels highlighting their experience with the trip and Arista

Vault’s product.

  • Provide positive reviews for Arista Vault's purchased products and share feedback for each partner associated with the trip.
  • Give a review and feedback to Malaysia Tourism about their travel experience.

4. Coordination & Responsibilities:

    • After receiving the vouchers and initial coordination from Arista Vault, it is the winner’s responsibility to coordinate with hotels and travel service providers for any further arrangements.
  1. Communication Process:
    • Arista Vault will conduct 4-5 calls with the winners for coordination.
    • All further communication will be done via email to ensure smooth updates and documentation.
    • Terms and conditions of the contest as decided by Artista Vault applies  ( To be communicated before the travel either over call or email )
    • Arista Vault has the authority to cancel any winner ticket if found violating T&C or found non cooperative with the team while coordination for the contest at any stage.
