Pair the bag with the Arista Vault app over Bluetooth, clip the sensor band to your wrist or belt, and it tracks your movement and follows at walking pace — or switch to ride-on mode and stand on the platform to cover ground faster.
What's the minimum warranty on Arista Vault luggage?
Every bag carries a lifetime warranty on the frame and shell, plus one year of coverage on the electronics — the auto-follow motor, GPS module and biometric lock — from the date of purchase. Full terms are on our Warranty Policy page.
Is it TSA compliant and safe to fly with?
Yes. The built-in power bank is ejectable and within the limit airlines allow in carry-on, and the whole unit is TSA-compliant for both check-in and cabin travel.
What if I want to add a second fingerprint?
The biometric lock stores multiple fingerprints, so a partner or family member can be added as an authorised user through the app in under a minute.
Do I need the app or an internet connection to use the bag?
No. The fingerprint lock and auto-follow work standalone — the app is only needed for live GPS tracking and separation alerts when you want them.
