- Refund Process: If approved, a refund will be processed on a pro-rata basis for the damaged part and credited to the customer's bank account.
Important Notes: Proof of Purchase: Customers must provide a valid purchase receipt at the time of the warranty claim.
Warranty Registration: The product must be registered on the Arista Tracker app immediately upon receipt. Failure to do so will result in ineligibility for future warranty claims.
